Terms of service
Last updated 3 November 2026
1. Who we are
Suparaise (“Suparaise”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Md Mohiuzzaman, an individual based in Bangladesh who runs Suparaise as a sole proprietor. These terms govern your use of Suparaise at app.suparaise.ai (the “Service”). You can contact us at admin@suparaise.ai.
2. Accepting these terms
By creating an account, starting a subscription or using the Service, you agree to these terms, our privacy policy and our refund policy. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that company, and “you” includes it. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
3. The Service
Suparaise is a fundraising research platform. It helps founders identify investors whose investment activity aligns with their company and funding round, and keep their research organised in one place. The Service includes investor matches with fit scores, investor profiles, a shortlist, and a pipeline for tracking your own notes and progress, shared across your workspace.
We improve the Service continually, so features may change. We will not remove a core part of what you pay for during a paid period without telling you first.
4. Accounts and workspaces
- Each account is for one person. Keep your login details private; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Each account belongs to a workspace, and a workspace can have up to 5 members. The workspace owner manages members and the subscription, and one subscription covers everyone in that workspace.
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
5. Subscriptions, payment and renewal
- Access to the Service requires a paid subscription: Monthly (US$100 per month) or Quarterly (US$150 every three months), as shown on our pricing page. Prices exclude applicable taxes, such as VAT, which are shown and charged at checkout.
- Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the price then in effect, until you cancel. We will email you at least 30 days before any price change applies to you.
- You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
- If a payment fails, Paddle will retry it and we may remind you to update your payment details. If payment is not completed, the subscription ends and access stops until you subscribe again.
- Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
6. Acceptable use
Suparaise is provided for your own fundraising research. You may not copy or redistribute its content in bulk, resell access, share your account, or use automated tools to access the Service. Usage limits apply to each account, and we may suspend accounts that exceed them.
7. Your content and our content
You own the content you add, such as your startup profile, notes and pipeline, and you allow us to host and process it to run the Service for you. We own the Service, its software and its content. These terms give you a limited, non-transferable right to use them while your subscription is active.
8. Data and accuracy
Investor profiles are compiled from public sources and checked as carefully as we can, but they may be incomplete or out of date. Fit scores are estimates. Nothing in Suparaise is investment, legal or financial advice, and any decisions you make based on it are your own.
9. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers, such as Paddle for payments, Google for optional sign-in and Resend for account emails. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms.
10. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaches these terms, after giving notice where reasonable. If we end the Service, or close your account without a breach on your part, we will arrange a refund of the unused part of your current paid period through Paddle.
When an account is closed, we handle your data as described in our privacy policy.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost fundraising opportunities. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as outages at our hosting or service providers, network failures or natural disasters.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Indemnity
If your breach of these terms, or your misuse of the Service, leads to a claim against us by a third party, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and losses that result, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
13. Complaints
If something is wrong, email admin@suparaise.ai with your account email and a description of the issue. We acknowledge complaints and aim to resolve them within 5 business days. Billing questions can also be sent to Paddle through the link on your receipt.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. We will email you about material changes at least 14 days before they take effect, and continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept them. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change applies.
15. Disputes and governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. If you have a dispute with us, please contact us first through the complaints process above; most problems can be resolved that way. Nothing in these terms takes away consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
16. General
- These terms, together with the privacy policy and refund policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
- If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
- You may not transfer your rights under these terms to anyone else. We may transfer ours if the Service or the business is transferred to a new owner, and we will tell you if that happens.
- If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
- These terms are written in English. If they are translated, the English version prevails to the extent permitted by law.
